Belly dance is for women and girls of all ages, sizes and fitness levels. It’s a great way to develop coordination, proper posture and body confidence, whether you're ready to show off your belly or prefer to keep it under wraps.
About Kahramana: I’ve been producing and teaching Mother-Daughter Belly Dance workshops and classes since 2010 and I hold an early-childhood certificate from Montessori St. Nicholas Centre.
My classes feature age-appropriate, easy-to-learn steps plus fun extras like hip scarves to borrow, finger-cymbal demonstrations and games. Learn some new moves, discover Middle Eastern music and experience the joy of dance with your child through Mother-Daughter Belly Dance!
